Who
I am.

I'm a proud Toronto boy, lucky to be married to an incredible wife who’s my best friend and biggest supporter. I come from a close-knit family, being one of four siblings, and I’m an uncle to nine. Family is at the core of who I am, and I wouldn’t be where I am today without the love and support of those closest to me. The relationships I have with them mean the world to me, and I’m grateful every day for the bond we share.

I’m a huge advocate for fitness and nutrition, not just as a hobby but as a way of life. The discipline I’ve built through years of training has taught me that with focus and consistency, there’s no limit to what I can achieve. Whether it's in the gym or in my everyday life, I apply the same principles of hard work and dedication to reach my goals. For me, fitness is more than physical—it's about mindset, perseverance, and pushing myself beyond limits. This approach drives me in everything I do.

When we lived in Thailand, I had the incredible opportunity to work as a scuba diving instructor, while she taught English. Those years were not about work; they were a shared adventure that deepened our connection and broadened our perspectives. Our love for exploring new places and experiences continues to inspire us and influences how we live and work today.

There's nothing inspires me more than seeing someone decide to make a change in their life and go after it with everything they have. I’m a huge believer in stepping out of our comfort zones and pushing ourselves to grow. Positive change can be uncomfortable, but it’s always worth it, and I’m passionate about supporting others on that journey.
